 • Contains Vitamin K1 which is required in the diet for the  
formation of K2. 
• Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone ) is the most potent form of  
Vitamin K for bone formation.
 • A good source of Calcium.
 • Osteocalcin, a Vitamin K2 dependent protein, binds the  
mineral and protein in bone together, gives bone its strength. 
• When vitamin K2 is lacking the diet, binding is incomplete 
and low density, defective bone and cartilage are produced.
 • Contains Vitamin D3 which is important for the absorption  
of Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium.
